Dior’s ambassador, Jisoo, came, saw, and conquered Paris again, attending the French fashion house’s Spring-Summer 2023 show on September 27 – causing fan hysteria in the process. Now, ELLE.com has made an intimate look at the jam-packed day of the Black Pink singer. In the video above, filmed by Melinda Triana, Jisoo gives viewers a diary of her show, taking them through the glowing process (including the exact Dior beauty products she used) and the front row experience. New Jisoo photos by Pierre Mouton also offer an exclusive sneak peek into Jisoo’s appearance for the presentation.

“Paris is a romantic and charming city, and it also has a rich history,” Jisoo says in the video, which has been translated from Korean to English via subtitles. “The city intrigues me, and I would love to explore more. Today, I will be attending the Dior Spring/Summer 2023 show. I feel like today is going to be a very interesting trip, so I am really looking forward to it. Now let’s get ready for the show!”

Jisoo continues to explain her beautiful look: “On today’s show, I am wearing this short black dress. I will do a classy and elegant makeup look to match the dress.” “I used 5 Couleurs Couture 349 Prêt-à-Porter on my eyes today. Regarding her clothes, she adds, “The dress I’m wearing today is from the Dior Cruise collection.” “I think this bold, feminine silhouette is very attractive.”

Next, the video depicts Jisoo’s arrival at the exhibition space – and her first impressions of the fairy-tale-like runway show set inside. “Once I entered the exhibition space, I felt as if I had been taken into the woods,” she says. “The place was charming. It sounded like the kind of jungle you would find in a fairy tale. One of the most impressive moments of the show was its opening, when the lights dimmed and the dancers took to the stage.”

“The way Maria Grazia Chiuri filled the show with an artistic performance was amazing,” she notes. “My first impression on the show was that it was mystic. The silhouettes especially reminded me of royals from the past, and that was so fun. Fit the Queen’s designs. They were so pretty, so I’d like to try them one day.”

Jisoo also highlights her favorite look, saying, “The dresses with maps of Paris printed were great too. I’d like to congratulate Maria Grazia Chiuri, Peter Philips and the Dior team for creating this successful show.
