Tina Turner suffered another tragedy this week after the death of her son, Ronnie, at the age of 62, just years after another of her children killed himself.
His wife, Afida, was the first to announce his sudden death Instagram.

“Oh my God Ronnie Turner a huge real very spiritual angel spirit my husband my best friend my baby your mummy your nurse I gave my best to the end this time I didn’t [sic] Able to save you I love you for 17 years this is too bad I’m so angry,” Aveda captioned a post filled with photos of her late husband.
She added, “This is a tragedy with your brother Craig and your father as Turner and Allen resting in unfair heaven.”
In an Instagram post shared on Friday, Tina Turner wrote that Ronnie, whose father was Ike Turner, “left the world too soon.” Ronnie was the only son born from her relationship with Ike Turner.
“With sadness I close my eyes and think of you, my beloved son,” the 83-year-old wrote.
TMZ Reports that law enforcement received an emergency call from someone claiming Rooney was struggling to breathe. After just a few minutes he stopped breathing completely.
First responders attempted CPR to revive Ronnie, but he was eventually pronounced dead at the scene.

Turner has four children, the oldest of whom, Craig, committed suicide at the age of 59 by a gunshot wound in July 2018.
“I think Craig was lonely, and that’s what I think really made him more than anything,” Turner told Gayle King in an interview a year later. “I have pictures all over the place of him smiling, and I think I feel like he’s in a good place. I really am.”
Turner was just 18 years old when Craig and her second husband, Ike Turner, adopted the baby after the two got together. Craig’s biological father, Raymond Hill, was a saxophonist for the band ‘Kings of Rhythm’.

“What does love have to do with it?” she later told The New York Times that she had led a “terrible life” because of all the abuse she suffered at the hands of Ike, along with the ailments she battled over the years.
She said she “pushed on” through all the adversity.
“I had a terrible life,” she said. “You just keep going. You just keep going, and hope something comes up.”
Then, she pointed to her luxurious home in Switzerland, Chateau Algonquin, adding, “This one came.”
