I’m looking at this in the hat of a former attorney general, and the reporting from Mike and Maggie Haberman and the speech you talked about over the weekend is really damning evidence, because the typical defense of someone like Donald Trump is what the CEO argues is that I didn’t know the details, and I don’t have the knowledge or intent to break the law.

Meaning I didn’t know what was in Mar-a-Lago. I didn’t know the content of what was in Mar-a-Lago, and so I had no intention of illegally taking or keeping these documents. This would be what the CEO would most likely argue, which is what we usually see in CEO cases. The trick is always how do you show that someone like Donald Trump knows what was in Mar-a-Lago, and only his lawyers or followers know the details?

Well, he’s trying to engage in the art of dealing with confidential documents, and he says these documents were all mine, and these are incredibly damning statements that go straight to knowledge and intent, and you can be sure that the Department of Justice prosecutors are doing what I do, which is Hearing this up, this makes it much easier to prove the one item that could pose any real difficulty to the Department of Justice in bringing a case in bringing Mar-a-lago documents.

Trump admitted at a rally that he had government documents in Mar-a-Lago, But he claimed they were his. Donald Trump admitted to the crime, which means that, as Wiseman explained, there is no denying. Trump cannot claim that he did not know the documents existed because he publicly admitted knowing them.

Donald Trump returned to the podium and continued to speak. His statements make it easier for the Ministry of Justice to sue him.
