Special Mr. Derry can ignore Judge Cannon’s extended schedule, finish his review, and file a report quickly.

Coleman said on MSNBC:

We’re not with Judge Derry, who actually said he might speed up a review of these documents. I would say it would be reasonable to set a timetable. But since Judge Derry has already indicated that he’s moving forward with the review, I think it’s a little embarrassing and odd, to be honest with you. I also think that, for your question, it goes straight into Trump’s hands of delay, delay, delay.

Now, it’s important to understand that Dear Judge can finally throw the monkey key into this whole scheme by making and completing his review and issuing a report earlier than that, at which point they won’t necessarily have to meet the deadline. Then the question goes back to Judge Cannon.

If Judge Derry issues his rulings before that deadline, will you then wait before moving forward with the larger case? This would be an interesting thing to watch, especially since he’s already said he’s likely to escalate and expedite document review. So, if he sticks to it, what does Judge Cannon do when he sticks to the deadline before you set it?

It’s an interesting point. Dearie doesn’t have to follow Judge Cannon’s schedule. He can finish his review sooner so that the Justice Department’s investigation can get back on track. If that happens, does Cannon sit on his report until December, or does she allow things to move forward?

Judge Cannon is a useful tool for Trump, but as we’ve already seen, she’s not free to cause.

The judge is doing everything she can to act as Trump’s personal advocate, but its corruption The full investigation of confidential documents cannot be stopped.
