Conservative media are frustrated that Trump gave them a platform in the White House for four years, and President Biden took that away. Shouting questions and insults at members of Democratic administrations is normal for conservative media.

Karen Jean-Pierre shut it down, because yelling right-wing talking points and deep-rooted conspiracy questions just won’t cut it in the Biden White House.

Jack Smith Subpoenas AZ, MI, and WI Officials for Trump Communications In Fake Elector Probe

Published

Jack Smith, the Special Counsel for the Department of Justice’s investigations on January 6, actually got down to business.

Smith wants to see Trump’s calls from Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin officials. Those three states were part of Trump’s and Republicans’ focus on trying to steal the 2020 election, including a pressure campaign to install “fake voters.”

The requests, sent to several counties targeted by Trump in his effort to reverse his 2020 loss, are among the first known subpoenas issued by Jack Smith, the newly appointed special counsel in the Jan. 6 investigation. Washington Post mentioned.

The subpoenas target Dane County, Milwaukee Wisconsin, Maricopa County, Arizona, and Wayne County, Michigan—areas where Republicans have been involved in lobbying campaigns to overturn election results using a “fake voters” scheme, which may be a focus of this investigation.

These are the first known subpoenas by Smith.

They identify “any and all communications with Trump, his campaign, and a long list of aides and allies” between June 1, 2020, and January 20, 2021.

Milwaukee’s subpoena includes, for example, Donald J. Trump, Donald J. Trump for the President (the Trump Campaign), attorneys, and any employee or agent, of the Trump Campaign…

Also, specifically are:

Kenneth Chesbro
Justin Clark
Joe DiGenova
John Eastman
Jenna Ellis
Boris Epstein
Rudolph Giuliani
Bernard Kerik
Bruce Marx
Cleta Mitchell
Matthew Morgan
Kurt Olsen
William Olson
Stephen Passantino
Sydney Powell
William “Bill” Stepien
Victoria Tunzing
James Tropes
Lin Wood Jr.

The specificity of these subpoenas indicates that the Justice Department is actively investigating a “fake voters” scheme, which sought to disenfranchise millions of voters simply by unilaterally canceling their votes because Trump wanted to win the election he lost.

There is no right more sacred in democracy than the right to vote securely and have your vote counted. Encouragingly, the Department of Justice appears to be investigating the attempted theft of millions of Americans’ votes.
