Artis concludes that the best way to gauge whether you’re getting enough sleep is to look at how you feel the next day. “Everyone wakes up feeling a little hazy, sleepy and disoriented, but that feeling generally goes away once you shower, get dressed, open the curtains, and have your morning drink and breakfast.”
