ELLA Barnes looks utterly incredible in her latest snaps, flaunting her body transformation.
The Love Island star recently shed 1.5 stone and stripped down to a sexy bikini to show off the results in a before and after collage.
In the first photo – Ella’s “before” – she’s wearing a stunning red and white bikini and a matching skirt cover up.
The outfit hugs her curves to perfection as she poses for the camera in a pair of chic shades.
Meanwhile in the second photo – Ella’s “after” – the star snaps a mirror selfie, showing off her newly-flat stomach in a cute polka dot number.
Ella looks gorgeously tanned and now boast visible toned definition around her abs.
Gushing about the results, Ella penned a lengthy caption chatting about how the weight loss journey has transformed her both physically and mentally.
She said: “Believe it or not, these pictures are 3 years apart. 10kg down, but the biggest transformation wasn’t physical.
“First picture: Drinking, partying, eating out constantly and, looking back, not truly happy or confident in my body.
“I remember being on a brand trip in Ibiza when this photo was taken, constantly trying to find the right angle to make myself look slimmer.
“The crazy thing is, I’ve ALWAYS been an active girl!! I started dancing at just 3 years old, became a competitive dance champion and continued competing until I was 23.
“Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. But coming out of Love Island, my lifestyle completely changed. Constant events, partying, drinking and eating out.”
Ella then pointed out how in the second photo she’s picked up “healthier habits, a completely different mindset” and now feels “genuinely the happiest and most confident” she’s ever been.
This isn’t the first time Ella has stripped off and embraced her body.
Earlier this year she got dolled up in sexy lingerie for a super sultry photo shoot.
The star also underwent a bum lift a couple of years ago which instantly dropped inches off of her waist line without the need to go to the gym.
Ella appeared on season 10 of Love Island back in 2023, where she was coupled up with Mitchell Taylor.
She entered the villa on day 36 but unfortunately got booted on day 56, just before the final.
Four weeks after the show Ella and Mitchell called time on their romance.
